'Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.' season 3 episode 13: Bobbi, Lance on a potentially game changing mission; Clark Gregg weighs in on 'Civil War'

Last episode, Marvel’s “Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.” gave fans “X-Men” vibes with “The Inside Man,” which featured the Inhumans facing the same problems that mutants in the “X-Men” universe face both in films and comic books.

Next episode, the show will be bringing the thrill to new heights with a potentially game changing plot twist. In a report by The Futon Critic, the episode titled “Parting Shot” will see Bobbi (Adrianne Palicki) and Lance (Nick Blood) delving deeper into a tricky situation, which includes a planned assassination on an Inhuman as they continue to track Malick (Powers Boothe) to Russia. S.H.I.E.L.D., on the other hand, will work double time to save as many lives as they can.

Den of Geek reported that what might go down in the episode will presumably be the spring board for Bobbi and Lance’s supposed spinoff show titled “Marvel’s Most Wanted”, which will eventually have them written off of “Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.” If that is the case, at least the duo will be reunited with Coulson (Clark Gregg) and the rest of the team before they leave as the newest trailer showed Bobbi helping Daisy (Chloe Bennet) after she was attacked by an Inhuman.

Meanwhile, Gregg recently sat down with Collider and was asked about the Marvel Cinematic Universe including the upcoming divide in the Avengers in “Captain America: Civil War.”

Gregg admitted that before his stint in “Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D,” it may be a no-brainer that his character, Coulson, will be Team Captain America in the movie. However, with everything that transpired in the television series, Coulson might have a different perspective.

“There are no easy answers. So, I think it’s really going to depend, at such time as Coulson actually has to deal with what’s going on in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, on what has happened here, between now and then, because here is where his focus is right now,” he concluded.

Catch Coulson and the rest of his team in “Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D” which airs Tuesday nights on ABC.
